process addresses the first four steps of the hiring process. With each

- We then conduct
a face-to-face interview. At this stage, we focus on subtleties other
executive search firms typically overlook, including candidates' work
culture preferences, family situations, and other issues.
- We conclude with
a discreet but thorough reference check, speaking with managers and
supervisors who have actually worked with the candidate to confirm our
findings.
We consider candidates
